Fireside Scents candles are hand-poured in small batches. Because each is made by hand, slight variations in color, wax surface, and scent strength are normal and are part of the character of a handmade candle. Product photos are representative and may differ slightly from the candle you receive.
The Fireside Scents name, logo, scent names, copy, photography, and site design are our property and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Candles involve an open flame and present a risk of fire, burns, and property damage if used improperly. By purchasing and burning our candles, you agree to follow all safety instructions printed on the candle and on our Candle Care & Safety page, and you accept responsibility for safe use. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fireside Scents is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
